I get bored of small talk very quickly. I want to know about the ins-and-outs of a person and why they are the way that they are; their childhood, trauma, parents, relationships, dreams and fears etc. So I dedicated an entire Podcast to finding these things out. I have a series of 70 of my favourite probing questions, and my guests pick a few at random. No small talk... just straight to the good stuff.

Getting To the Heart of It

As a counselor in training, I cannot stress the importance of talking about the deeper things, about being able to not just talk about the things we feel deeper, but to be able to relate to each other. So often, it has become all to easy to keep things at the surface, to engage in small talk and we never dive deeper, but you do here! And that in itself is very therapeutic. With this podcast, you’re reminding all who listen that we’re really not alone in what we have to deal with in our lives. Awesome job! Thank you for opening up the deeper conversations we need to be having!
