Caring, encouraging without the woo-woo!

Only 13 episodes in and loving this podcast! Holistic, accepting that people are people and there is not one way that will work for everybody. If you’re looking for the 5 easy steps to transform your figure in 3 weeks, this isn’t the podcast for you. Conversations are open, honest and thoughtful. I mean, one lady craves pizza & wine...that’s a voice I can trust. Also super appreciate taking the morality out of food. I like words in general and having a different way to approach language and food is incredibly helpful!!

Motivates Me to be healthy!

“I’m not going to be good to anybody if I’m not functioning at my best. If I’m not feeling my best, I don’t have anything to give back.” I enjoy listening to this podcast as I meal prep every week. I don’t know much about nutrition, so this podcast is very helpful to me. I appreciate how genuine the host/ co-hosts are. They make learning about healthy diets less intimidating. I love how each episode ends with the best thing they ate! Such a nice touch!
