Great podcast for everyone
This is a good listen for anyone in any stage of their weight loss journventure. I have lost 90 LBs but the only person I can talk about the daily struggles and tips is my husband. This podcast is inspiring and very helpful. Kathrine and Donald have topics that cover some things I haven’t encountered on my journventure and ways to look at some of the struggles I have encountered in a different way. I just found this podcast and am looking forward to catching up.
Best weight loss podcast - hands down!
This is absolutely my favorite weight loss podcast. It’s informative, empowering, entertaining, and most importantly, an inspiration.... The married couple, who incidentally have lost about 250 pounds, have a terrifically close relationship and their banter is hysterical. They share ALL THE TIPS and plenty on the head-game of weight loss. Best of all, they believe in being proactive about what one can do for oneself - NOT in playing the victim-of-life card. I’ve lost about 50 pounds following their advice for behavioral and mental change and apply it to other areas of life, as well. Thanks guys! 😘😘😘😘😘😘🤗
