Because they’re mean. And also, because knowing you’re lying to yourself is the most crucial step in cutting it out. Love this podcast! Full of healthy living tips for normal people who love food. Listen if you want to lose weight but always go all or nothing. Donald and Katherine give bite sized changes to enable real lifestyle change.

A really great podcast about health, wellness, and weight management!

This podcast is so good. The host are informative and talk about not only their own weight loss journey but also helpful techniques for staying on track and keeping a good perspective. I’ve listened to probably 20 episodes and plan to listen to them all!! They have great voices for a podcast and do not spend a lot of time in Smalltalk which can be so distracting! I could not recommend this podcast more!! 😃If you are looking for one you should definitely give this one a try! Wish I could give it 10 stars!
