Ep. 101 Davida Arnold " Seeing Connection‪"‬ We‘re Listening

Davida is all about family first. As a mother of 4, she wanted to find a way to keep family first and integrate it with her career. Davida found this in the school her husband worked at and all her children attended, by working as a teacher and the Assistant Director of Diversity and Community Life in the lower school. One of the biggest things Davida saw to help her in this close family situation is that her experience does not come from her children’s behavior and the well-being of the adult working with children will influence the child. She deeply sees that our experience comes from thought at the moment. As the assistant director of diversity and community life in the lower school, she works from a place of knowing that we are all connected and helps to remove the blocks that make it look like we are not.
