Good Morning Aurora

Wednesday | 11/18/2020 | Changing Lives & Giving Jobs: Judy Dawson & The KCSO

This morning it was all about facts, good news & effectively serving the residents of Kane County. It was a pleasure to sit down and talk to Judith Dawson (Director of Administration) of the Kane County Sheriff’s Office today. We learned about what work has been like overall and during the pandemic. In addition, RISEKIT, the KCSO Job Board and different county initiatives were part of the discussion. With a family background of law enforcement and helping others, Judy has been changing lives for the better for some time. Uplifting others, providing resources & opportunities for one’s betterment; these are the qualities of leaders and the KCSO’s been doing great work. For our Kane County residents, there is a lot of assistance available to everyone, for free. Please access the information distributed by the KCSO, it’s more than law enforcement, it’s empowerment.

Shouts go out to all the residents of Kane County. Stay motivated, proud and professional. Big shout to Lanphere's Furniture, Joshua Schultz, Stewart Street Collective & the Aurora Veterans Advisory Council. PLS Solution, LDJ Cleaning, and don't forget about the "100 Turkeys For 100 Families" initiative. Much love to all of our friends at Tredwell and Two Brothers. Shouts also go out to Gillerson's and El Tio too! Stay tuned for more great news to come and tomorrow's episode will be great as well. Business, entrepreneurs and much more information for all of our listeners. Thank you to our fans, subscribers and supporters. Don't forget the Drive-By Parade taking place this weekend for WWII veteran Mr. Johnny Kee. Staging begins at noon at the Tiger Athletic Club (1040 6th Ave.) in Aurora with a step-off at 1 pm. Be blessed today. Peace!
