Wednesday | 11/25/2020 | Pre-Thanksgiving Check-In w/ Chicano Good Morning Aurora

    • Daily News

Our friend and community partner Chicano came back for a status update and more! This morning was a fun and positive one and we were glad to check in with our brother. When last we saw Chicano he had big plans for Broadway businesses. That was a few months back but he’s certainly been active. In todays’ discussion we spoke about the CRB decision (civilian review board) taken last night by the Aurora City Council. In addition to that we learned about Chicano’s activities at La Gran Plaza and the latino community overall. As we know, cases have been on the rise due to the pandemic. Personal safety and the safety of our residents comes first; but there is much more to come from this man. Stay tuned to all Chicano’s Times has in store.

Shoust go out to CAAN today and our friends at the Aurora Public Library. The Aurora Police Department is hiring and don't forget the Kane County Job Board (online registration required). Special shouts go to all of our community partners like Aurora Downtown, Aurora Fastprint, Alderman Mike Saville & the Port of Peri Peri restaurant. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving  so let’s make it a positive and fun one. Thank you to all the giving from groups like Aurora Food Pantry and the Reyna Family Project. Shouts also go out to our friend Manny of PLS Solutions. Be safe and eat a lot of good food; we will have a Thanksgiving news message tomorrow morning at 8 am. Peace!
