Good Morning Aurora

Wednesday | 12/2/2020 | CAAN Network & Mary Fultz on Good Morning Aurora

Unity and community, quite the message indeed. We had a friend of the show on today for a great interview. We were joined by Mary Fultz of the CAAN Network (Community Advocacy Awareness Network). Mary is a lifelong Auroran and she’s been on the front lines of help & change in the city. We touched on many topics over coffee & water and our conversation was very enlightening. Never one to let hardship get in her way, Mary has endured and is an asset to this city. Her nonprofit has assisted and touched many lives in the form of drives, benefits and large events. As a person who has worked with many organizations, Mary has knowledge & a longstanding history here as a community partner. We had some good laughs on the show today as well! From food, family, life and perseverance; this one has it all!

Shout outs for the day include the Kane County Sheriff's Office, Judy Dawson (of course) and the Aurora Public Art Commission. Did you notice all the new and beautiful artwork all around the city? That’s the combined effort of many talented folks like Gin Ingram Art, Josh & Rebekah, Cotton Seed and a whole host of others! Senior Meal Distribution is taking place again on Monday the 7th at 1200 E. Indian Trail Rd and that’ll be from 11 am to 1 pm. Shout out to our awesome state representatives of the 83rd & 84th districts! Subscribe to the Youtube page, the things we're about to start doing haven’t been seen before … tellin' ya! Shouts go out to Aurora Business United, Final Stretch, Torresmania Mexican Restaurant & Balderas on Broadway. Be blessed. Peace!
