Lera and I dig into each other's head like in an old BMW. Version with lyrics: http://communities.show

Juniors are not needed and have never been?
Whatever. But what do I do as a fresh university graduate? ,
The audio listens much better with the text essay: https://www.communities.show .
Remember back in the teenage days when your best friend and you split for a summer and then in September you reunite with almost another person who you don’t know how to bond with? . .
Ideally professional bootcamps and courses should offer the transformation of a similar magnitude.

Do people go to conferences to get knowledge? Umm...no!
Reflecting on DevGAMM Vilnius and thinking aloud about technical conferences and the best ways of knowledge sharing.

Lera and I go through different formats and think aloud about the best ways to convey knowledge and reflect on how we’re facilitating knowledge sharing at Gamedev Camp. We focus only on the junior talent but truth is, it is mid and senior talent who can afford to go to developer conferences that often cost 400 EUR and more to attend (yeah, travel and accommodation costs too).
Can they learn something?

30 minutes of raw founder therapy
5 honest questions my co-founder and myself ask each other after a year of working together. . The audio listens much better with the text essay: https://www.communities.show .
In today’s audio Lera brought 5 questions from a business coach and I brought 5 questions from a therapist:
What do you like about your work personality today and how did it change from a year ago
What are the top 3 things you like about working with me?
How do you defocus from work as you leave the office?
When thinking about the future, what are you afraid of?
We're very open and public about our feelings and emotions, why do you think we can do this? Most people can't unless they're drunk.
And another five:
What annoys you in being a startup founder?
What was the unexpected thing you learned upon becoming a startuper?
Who inspires you?
Reasons to not become a startup founder?
How much do you earn?
It is an easy listen, though a bit longer to make it up for the two skipped weeks this month.
