The number of single-family homes on the market consistently continues to go down over the last 2 months. Homes in escrow have increased from 876 last week to 841 this week. The number of sold has increased by 50 from last week. The Median Sold price per SqFt did not change much from last week. Median Days on Market keeps creeping up. That means there is a lot of homes that have been overpriced and remain there. With our low inventory, homes that have been priced right are selling fast. Stay tune to hear more!
