Fuel Testing = No More Dieting!

Diana’s podcast has helped me gain control of my mindset around work and eating. After years of yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and suspicions about intolerances, I feel like I finally understand what foods fuel me, and which ones make me ravenous all day after eating them. It’s easier for me to eat less during the day and feel satiated because of fuel testing (check out her episode titled Fuel Testing).
Additionally, the mindset portion of her podcast has helped me show up to work with a winner’s mentality, rather than a victim mentality. I’m performing better at work, standing up for myself, and generally enjoying my life a lot more.
