I’m enjoying Shari’s approach

I’m a definite foodie and this podcast really attracted me! Shari has great enthusiasm and ideas on eating a balance way that results in long term weight loss. I love her concept of “if you love food so much why don’t you set down and eat slowly and enjoy it! I mean really enjoy it!” That was worth the price of admission. Thank you Shari

Shift your thinking!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much I’m enjoying listening to this podcast. I started about the same time I downloaded Noom. Frankly, I don’t have the patience to read through all the poorly written Noom articles. But I’ve been listening to Shari’s podcasts on my walk to work and her concepts are really simple and give me a lot to think about. It’s actually been very complimentary to and even more solidifying than the Noom articles. After just a few episodes I started to understand how to mindfully eat.
I will admit, I found her voice a bit sedate at first and wasn’t sure I’d like it. But the episodes are short and really powerful in concept that I now find it meditative. If you want to change your relationship with food positively, give this a listen for a few.

Kind of Life-changing!

This is such a great podcast giving you tools to lose weight without the diet mentality. Weight loss coach, Shari Broder is engaging, concise and easy to listen to. In addition, she has a Facebook group (Ditch The Diets) and lots of free materials on the group and on her website. This truly is the best and must logical answer to the question, "How do I lose weight?"
