Wow

I am a 67 year old mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother with excessive weight. I e tried every diet out there and nothing works. Been on Noom twice and nothing. I was at the Y exercising and just started looking at podcasts and in just happened to click on this one and just WOW. It’s helped me so far in such a good way and I’m thrilled to keep coming back and listening. Thank you ladies for doing this for me and others.
