Honest, real life

Angie gets real. So many times we stumble around knowing we need to eat healthy to lose weight. Angie shares what we may be doing subconsciously to sabotage our weight loss like how we define “healthy” or reaching for our comfort food to calm our anxious feelings.

Angie gives solid advice on how to think to lose weight. We have all the tools, and her model shows you how to train your brain to follow the tools. If your thinking is correct, the weight just falls off. I highly recommend!
