I discovered Shannan as I was scrolling through my Facebook feed in August of 2019. I had been on the diet roller coaster for over 40 years. I was done. I took a leap of faith and listened to Shannan's Facebook live for a a bit. i lurked for a while . I joined Transform in October 2019. It was the best decision I ever made. I have lost 126 pounds have kept it off since October of 2020. So as Shannan stated in this podcast have faith and use the evidence from successes you have had. You don't need the evidence for weight loss. You just need faith and belief in yourself. You can do it.

My Life is Changed Forever!!
In December 2020, I was introduced to Shannan, her podcasts, and her program for the first time. I am so thankful for that. I did not like myself at all and thought I was a failure, especially when it came to weight loss. I had been on the diet roller coaster for over 40 years. Through listening to Shannan’s podcasts and participating in her program (including her free mini course), I have learned a way to lose weight for good in a way I can do forever.
