Episode #150 - Basics of Weight Loss Success Tips

Great podcast. I finally joined Transform in February 2022 after listening to Shannan’s podcasts and Facebook lives 2 years prior. I’ve learned that there is more than seeing the number on the scale go down. The basic fundamental tools helped me on so many levels especially having a positive mindset to take each day at a time towards success even when it is not perfect. Thank you Shannan and congratulations!

Choosing the hard

Yes! I loved episode 153! This is where the magic has been for me lately. Investing and believing in myself. Reminding myself that I matter and am worth my time and showing up as my best.

When I have things that scare me or make me worry that I might now be able to do them my mind wants to tell me not to do them. Because of this work I have been reminding myself it’s okay to feel afraid or not feel like doing them and do them anyway.

9 times out of 10 I excel and feel amazing afterwards. Imagine what we’d miss out on in life if we are just not doing the things because we don’t feel like it or we’re afraid….. don’t miss out!
