    Here in the US we just celebrated Memorial Day Weekend a time to honor all the military who lost their lives serving our country and it also symbolizes the start of beach season. So how did your holiday weekend go…and if you didn’t have a holiday weekend. How was the weekend??

    I know it can be really challenging when the holiday weekends kick off all the BBQ’s and boardwalk eating. And you are probably one of those people that think you can’t possibly lose weight over the summer so why bother even starting.     I’d resist then give in…resist some more and then really give in.

Nicole is a fabulous podcast host! She has a wonderful gift for making you feel like you’re sitting down drinking coffee with a really good girlfriend and exchanging stimulating ideas. Her podcast was incredibly interesting, and she made it fun and kept it real. Go Simone! We appreciate you!

Extremely Informative

I am new to podcasts and have listened to a few different weight loss ones over the past couple of days. I am so glad I ran across Nicole’s podcasts. Nicole really knows what she is talking about. She looks at weight loss with a totally unique mindset. She stresses that she wants to help people make mind set changes that will help them lose the weight and keep it off. I am super excited to listen to many more of her podcasts. If you have ever struggled with weight loss, you have to listen to her podcasts.

What a great podcast with insightful and actionable content. This is what I have been looking for and I love that it’s more than just how to lose weight but gets into the cognitive thinking behind why I might not be my healthiest self and the role my mind plays in that too. Worth listening to!
