Hits the nail on the head

Most people searching for shows like this I feel like know how to eat but struggle with the emotional thinking and habits. I’m on episode 34 and have gained so much more insight. Still struggling and learning after each episode. It may seem repetitive but that’s important for changing thinking and there’s ways she says things that make the light bulb go off at different times. Thank you for this. I’m really trying to commit to what you advise. Thank you for this

I love this podcast! Cookie explains it all seamlessly and simple. Her voice is soothing and fun! She really has helped me understand alot! I plan on joining her freedom group im sure its tottaly worth it. Cookie just understands this terrible struggle period.
