Weight Loss Transformation: The Power of Consciously Sticking To Small Healthy Habits Health & Fitness Redefined

    • Fitness

From being 200lbs heavier, Stephanie feels healthier and is in a much better mental space by cooking better, moving more often, and hydrating well throughout the day. She never set out to intentionally lose weight. It's difficult to go after a body shape goal when you have sagging skin or extra inches around your belly. Rather than focusing on the picture of how you want to look, ask yourself: "how do I accept myself as I am now?" She tells us that it's all about the habits you can do at the moment to feel good in your body today and use it at its best capacity.

TIMESTAMPS
9:18 How small habits can transform you in a massive and sustainable way
12:05 Describing mental health when Steph was 200lbs heavier
19:27 Reaching out for support when you're ready
25:54 Overeating and depression -- is there more into it
30:17 Becoming more mindful in the here and now
