I found Dr. Key’s podcast after listening to an episode on LowcarbMD where she was a guest, and I’ve been loving it ever since. I’m not a physician, just a nurse on a weight loss journey, and the way she dives into the mental aspect of weight loss makes sense and is exactly what I need to be working on.
