    39. Hagas lo que hagas siempre te van a criticar

In this solo episode I share a little vulnerability about being criticized and why it's important to honor our individual journey.

Showing up and speaking up looks different for everyone and there is no perfect or one way to show up.

Dejar de ser calladita es un proceso de desmantelar nuestras propias opresiones internas, desarrollar confianza en uno mismo y tener fortaleza y valentía

Podcast

This podcast was really intriguing and covers many different topics. I appreciate the experiences and conversations Chrissy and you shared. Also, spreading awareness on how people of color should be more socially included in the industry. Furthermore, speaking on how individuals should have control over their own body and finding a sole purpose. Also, how white supremacy tools try to keep us marginalized and oppressed. I like how you guys discussed how everyone does not have it together and expressing your true feelings on days you don’t feel good. Overall, this is a great podcast with a lot of good diverse questions and transitions.

Ep. 43

Dr. Hortencia Jiménez you have such a way with words! After listening to this episode I felt so motivated and understood in my self love journey. It was nice to hear someone acknowledge the damages that diet culture has done to our self esteems and encourage us to work on ourselves for ourselves rather than others. Keep up the good work!

Episode 39

I was looking through episodes on this podcast and this one really stood out to me. I have always thought about this and have always had that in mind that no matter what you do people will always have a say about it and not only is the hate or criticism online but even with close people like family. To add, I have also noticed que nunca quedas bien con todos so you have to do what’s best for YOU! That being said, I really enjoyed listening to this episode and being able to relate about it in so many ways and finding a calming outlet to relieve some stress or feel understood.
