Welcome to Eos Affirmations | What is the Aim of Eos Affirmations‪?‬ Eos Affirmations

    • Mental Health

Hello and welcome to Eos Affirmations. My name is Savannah, and I have created Eos Affirmations in order to help other stressed and insecure, yet hopeful, individuals improve their mindsets and, thus, their everyday lives.
This podcast aims to provide all of its listeners with brief yet transformative affirmations that allow the listener to repeat at their own pace, rather than a strict repeat-after-me. Listeners can enunciate the words in their own voices, whether aloud or in their minds, which will give these affirmations even more power.
You may be wondering who or what Eos is… Eos is the Greek goddess of dawn, and she, therefore, symbolizes new beginnings. As someone who loves Greek mythology, I love reading about Greek goddesses, who often exude sensuality, confidence, and power, and Eos is no different. She knew what and who she wanted, and she fought until she got it, aware of her own beauty, grace, and power. I want all of you to call upon your inner Eos, and I know that this podcast will allow you to recognize and uncover your own confidence and power and increase your self love.
One of the ways I hope to help you achieve this is through both affirmations and reflective journaling prompts, which I will provide in the episode show notes for anyone interested.
I have a lot of episode ideas planned already, but I would love to hear any suggestions or ideas any of you have for this podcast.
Let’s call upon our inner Eos and create a new beginning for our lives by pouring the time and energy into ourselves that we deserve.
