Episode 014: Philip Lewis of Huffington Post

Episode 014: Philip Lewis of Huffington Post

My guest today is journalist and author Phil Lewis. Growing up in Detroit and working his way through the education and journalism fields, Phil is currently the front-page editor for the Huffington Post. His finger seems to always be on the pulse as he reports in real-time through these crazy moments. His Twitter is one of my favorites to follow as his tweets blend my love for current events and history, with comedy and sarcasm. I am excited to take some time to talk with Phil about what goes into being a journalist in 2020, and with that, I welcome Phil Lewis to Well Being Creative.

A Unique Podcast for the Creative Mind

Well Being Creative is a unique podcast with a range of guests that can appeal to any listener. Like the title suggests, this podcast provides a distinctive blend of both tales of the creative processes of various musicians, entrepreneurs, and other innovators, as well as insight into how these individuals maintain their physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout their often difficult journeys. The interviews are natural, conversational, and fun, yet Harrison always has deep, thought-provoking questions that allow his guests to really open up in ways they may not have on other platforms. New episode notifications from WBC are always a highlight of my week, and I always finish an episode having gleaned some sort of insight I can apply in my own life. Definitely give this a listen!

Highly recommend this podcast

Highly Recommend listening to this podcast in these difficult and stressful times. Just finished listening to the first podcast The first interview involves the journey and struggle of a young artist who created, prayed and meditated through his journey to sobriety. There are lessons in letting go of things outside of our control as well as the true power of charity and sometimes selflessness. Please do yourself a favor and subscribe to this podcast
