Long but Informative

This it the longest podcast I listen to, but it is okay to take what you need from each episode! I choose topics I have questions about, topics I’ve never heard of, and topics I know my loved ones are struggling with. It is such a great resource!

Perfect podcast for health and wellness nerds!

I love this podcast because they have so many great topics and they give you the data and let you make an opinion for yourself. I love their attitude of ‘do what works for you.’ Listening to this podcast has made me appreciate my own hormone healing journey more than ever because I feel like I have been given this permission to go slow and don’t do something just because it is considered healthy, but really ends up causing me more stress. This podcast has also made me take a look at how I view nutrition and how I don’t have to be on a labeled diet. I have the coconuts and kettlebells book, which I highly recommend! The content is amazing. My favorite recipe is the pumpkin muffins! I also love listening to Noelle and Stephanie chat back and forth. It reminds me of me and my best friends! I highly recommend this podcast.
