    Flying Embers
Flying Embers is a better-for-you alcohol brand that brews hard kombucha and probiotic powered hard seltzer. All of their products are 0 sugar, 0 carbs, USDA certified organic, gluten-free, and brewed with live probiotics and adaptogens.
Their products are artfully crafted with a dry fermentation process, which gives the hard kombucha a perfectly balanced natural sweetness and it tastes amazing.
Flying Embers was founded during the Thomas Fires in Southern California in 2017, where their R&D lab, brewery and home almost burned down and was saved by first responders…because of that they named their brand after it and donate a portion of every purchase to first responders nationwide.

    BLUblox
The podcast is sponsored by BLUblox. I have become so passionate about light optimization recently, and filtering out computer light and blue light entirely after the sun sets. I wasn’t doing anything about this until about a year ago, and I was experiencing eye strain, migraines, and an unexplained wired and tired feeling, especially at night. Now I wear BLUblox computer filter glasses anytime I’m looking at screens, and BLUblox sleep lenses at night, and I haven’t experienced symptoms since.

This podcast is a life-saver for cis-females!

I truly never thought I could have a “normal” life with periods constantly leaving me in the bed for days. As a dancer and an athlete, it was so embarrassing to cancel classes, so for years I hid under birth control. I am so thankful for this podcast!! It has helped me get off birth control, help my clients, reclaim dancing, and feel incredible ! You two are wealth of knowledge!!

Insightful + Empowering!

This show makes you feel like you've just had a smoothie for your spirit! Consistently bowled over by brilliant advice and nourishing conversations. Well-Fed Women is an integral addition to your weekly podcast diet!

Love the general message but too much sales!

I love the message of body positivity but I am so tired of Noelle always selling! If it’s not her selling Beautycounter or her book, it’s her selling things she’s getting a kickback for somehow. I’m just tired of the sell. Let’s get back to more information and guests!
