Honest, Supportive & Authentic!

This podcast is like a healing salve. The mix of discussion, interviews, and the raw, but super gentle tone is fabulous. It's like you're in a small, intimate circle of caring friends- learning, empathizing, and feeling all the feels.

my style

This podcast is my style for sure. A little well, a little weird. It's really good for me because it's holistic and not looking at a person as just a number or some health measure. I'm really into anything anti-diet, and Holly is just such a supportive voice to listen to.

*Feels like we're friends

I've been listening to Well and Weird for months now. I even reached out (and plan to reach outagain) to Holly when looking for some advice and consulting on coaching women through food "weirdness" and healing myself. She's real, responsive, and goes about all her busienss and podcast episodes with such care and intention.

Holly touches on the issues of food, body, self-care, feminism, HAES, etc. in a relatable no b.s. way. It feels like she's sitting at the bar with my best friend and I (who have been sharing our healing journeys with one another for the past 2-3 years). As someone who struggled for over 12 years with this food weirdness, let me tell you it's worth getting to the well part and Holly's weords can help with that!
