Wise and refreshing!

This podcast is so helpful! It unearths beliefs (and lies) we tell ourselves about our bodies, eating choices, and fitness practices that are insidious, oppressive and damaging. I consider myself pretty self-aware on these topics, but I’ve been surprised and delighted by the new insights and information Bridget and Dana bring to the table. Very freeing! Their wisdom really helps me access the simple joy of just being in my body!
