Inspiring, informative and raw

Bridget and Dana do a beautiful job of weaving in their own truth and wisdom with their guests! I enjoy the real and authentic truth they both bring to their conversations.
I have received so many great takeaways from this podcast and really enjoy the variety of content. Keep up the great work and thank you for bringing a voice to the content that is so easy to ignore.

Actually thoughtful and insightful

As a listener, I have really enjoyed the deep dive. This isn’t surface level banter that so many podcasts use. Understandably because it takes a deeper level of commitment and understanding to go below the surface with someone you just met moments before you started recording. The hosts of Wellness Lately have both empathy and depth. I enjoy every conversation!
