In this deeply personal conversation, I sit down with my mentor, Dr. Sally LaMont, to explore what more than 40 years in naturopathic medicine has taught her about aging well. We talk about food as medicine, hormone balance after menopause, movement, lifelong learning, and how to sustain both your health and your calling. This episode is an invitation to age with intention, vitality, and purpose.
Dr. Sally LaMont is a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist with over four decades of experience in functional and integrative medicine. A graduate of the National University of Naturopathic Medicine and Emperor College of Oriental Medicine, she has worked extensively with patients facing complex chronic illness, hormonal imbalance, digestive disorders, immune challenges, and cognitive decline. She also served as Executive Director of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association, helping secure licensure for naturopathic doctors in California. Today, she continues her work through consulting and her food-as-medicine education platform, Dr. Sally’s Kitchen.
