Wonderful...

.. when the people you learn from and grow with don’t put themselves up on a pedestal and are more than willing to get to the heart of their troubles and vulnerabilities. Jen and Ace are amazing, and the episode with Kiese Laymon will make you cry.

Awsome face 1254 ,

It’s like having coffee with very cool women.

I am biased because I love Jen’s message online and read (and shared) her book. But there’s something so intimate about the podcast - I love knowing it’s out there! A friend I can listen to on a walk, where no one cares if I laugh out loud. And I do! Check it out. Come have coffee. Listen. Breathe.

JesicaSD ,

My virtual besties in reading, joy and antiracism

I have been listening since day one and often listen 3 or 4 times to each episode. I often share them with specific friends/family who I know need to hear it or entire groups of people in my life. Listening to Ace and Jen reminds me of the connections out there in the world, kindred spirits and that we can laugh and cry together. I am so grateful for this vulnerable, fierce, honest podcast that does not shy away from self reflection, accountability and authenticity.
