    Joanna Huckins (Jo) and Jacqueline Fisher (Jacqs) are the founders behind the healthy lifestyle brand Sweat & Tell, a platform that is utilized to spread positivity and encouragement to those on their fitness journey. These ladies started this brand in January 2018 and continue to scale the wellness platform by providing real studio reviews, inspiration, and insights on how to live a balanced lifestyle--whether you have a 9-5 corporate job or still currently in school. 

    Jo is originally from Seattle and moved down to SoCal to attend Chapman University. Jo now works in Sales at a Tech Company in Irvine.

    Jacqs is originally from NorCal, and she came down to Orange County to also attend Chapman University. Jacqs is now pursuing her MBA at Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business.

    On this episode, Jo and Jacqs share with Emily how they find balance in their everyday life, while still doing exceptionally well in other areas of life; including their professional careers, personal relationships, and of course, maintaining their optimal health/wellness.
