    I don't know about you but I've been feeling more disenchanted with social media lately.  Ironically, for something that is supposed to bring us together more, I feel more disconnected than ever. I find myself feeling jealous when I see other people and business owners that have opted-out of using socials - then I thought; Why can't I do that too?     16. A morning routine that's perfect for mum-life.

    I noticed that when I was reading stories from other successful entrepreneurs, they all name a morning routine as being pivotal in their success. I loved the idea of a morning routine however; having three little kids and a husband that isn't here half the time, I found it was virtually impossible to implement any of the routines I was hearing about.  I don't have the ability to leave the house in the early hours of the morning to exercise, same goes in the evening.  I can't duck off to meditate for 15 minutes because I'm 'on-duty' from the moment I'm woken by my kid(s). That's why today I'm sharing with you my morning routine which is 100% mum-friendly and takes no more than 10 minutes each morning.  By practicing this morning routine I feel calmer, centred and more proactive in the way I go about my day and work.
