I tell what some would call lies. I have always had trouble distinguishing between what happened and what might have happened. And I remain unconvinced that this distinction, for my purposes, matters. This podcast is a weekly story from my life that I tell as accurately as I see fit. Topic include dating, LGBT and gay issues, life working for a non-profit, musical theater and other insipid topics.

Trending...

I just noticed WSWCL was on the trending now list on iTunes. I have been listening for a few years and realized I had never rated it (bad podcast listener!). Sorry. These short stories have an elegant flow and wicked wit I just love! Mike is charming, his voice is soothing and I hope he keeps telling his lies for a long time.

I love hearing stories

Storytelling podcast that rises above the formalism that could derail a show like this. No set time limits. No pointless commitment to either objectivity or "prove it or it didn't happen" old-journalism expectations. No tiptoeing around topics. One of the best produced storytelling podcasts, and I reckon the very best not backed by a major corporation of either the media or public broadcasting variety.
