Great tips to better your life!

I have really enjoyed listening to this podcast and have implemented some of the tips mentioned in the episodes. I especially appreciated the tidbit on not engaging with your phone before going to bed. I have tried doing this recently and find myself having a much better quality of sleep and do not wake up feeling incredibly tired. I also cut out naps as I found myself sleeping too long (as mentioned on the episode) and then suffering from insomnia at night. Looking forward to more healthy tips in the future!!!
