One of my favorites!

I just adore this podcast. I’m a registered dietitian who recently moved into an IE/HAES-aligned nutrition approach and I have learned SO much from this podcast. But not only have I learned a lot as an RD, I’ve learned a lot as a consumer who has been trying to get out of diet culture and view health in a completely different lens. Monica and Nadia are funny, honest, and a breath of fresh air. They take science and make it easy-to-understand and applicable to everyday life. I could not recommend this podcast enough!!

My Favorite Podcast

I came across this podcast at a time when I was trying to improve my relationship with food and my body. After bingeing the first season, I have never missed a Monday episode. Nadia and Monica’s personalities make them very relatable and makes listening to the podcast very enjoyable. They back up their information with science, which I greatly appreciate, and also acknowledge when something is out of their scope, encouraging listeners to seek the appropriate care. I recommend this podcast to all my friends.
