The best way to deal with mental health is to talk about it

Mental health awareness is so important because it’s something EVERYONE deals with, whether you realize it or not. It might not be an issue at the moment or in your life thus far, but having the knowledge and awareness will prepare you to approach it in the best way possible. This podcast offers great stories and conversation to initiate and/or continue your development into mental health awareness (which is a forever ongoing process), for the sake of both you and your loved ones.
