The Factor Archives: Value

While market environments and the methods of equity valuation have changed, the concept of purchasing stocks at discounted prices has persisted for centuries.
The Factor Archives: Shareholder Yield
Although buybacks are constantly in the news, they have benefitted investors for centuries. So glad to see this podcast!
I missed the launch of this and luckily found this after only 4 episodes went live. As an quant investor and a fellow Minnesotan I’m ecstatic. After 4 editions of “What Works on Wall Street” I was thinking that the Bible of quantitative investing would no longer be updated. It’s a great feeling to push human emotions aside (as much as possible) and have full confidence that a strategy will outperform in the long run. I stumbled across the first edition 2 years ago and haven’t looked back since. Finally a constructed way to invest that fits my style!
The team at O'Shaughnessy Asset Management are the best in the business and do an excellent job of breaking down complex financial issues into simple English. This is a must listen.
