As a prospective first time homebuyer this podcast taught me SO much about houses and the housing market from the ground up. It’s especially helpful if you live or plan to live in the Raleigh/Durham area in North Carolina (since they give local housing market updates) but honestly a lot of the info would help anyone looking to buy or sell.
