WYRHF Episode 031 - Q&A for Brain Fog: The Cause Of Your Anger, Depression, And Anxiety with Dr. Mike Dow

Check out the answers to these important questions I received following my interview with Dr. Mike Dow where we discussed Brain Fog: The Cause Of Your Anger, Depression, And Anxiety.
I’m 53 and feel like by now I’ve probably done a lot of damage to my brain, by not eating right or doing the activities Dr. Dow talked about. If I correct my behavior, can I actually reverse some of the damage I’ve done?
I’m feeling a little overwhelmed by all the recommendations of supplements, vitamins, and some medicine terms I’m honestly not too familiar with in this episode. I’m not sure where to start? What is the most important thing I can do to help with my feelings of brain fog? Will clearing my brain fog help me to discover what I'm really hungry for?

WYRHF Episode 029 - Q&A for Self-Approval: How To Love Yourself When You Don't with Rose Cole

Check out the answers to these important questions I received following my interview with Rose Cole where we discussed Self-Approval: How To Love Yourself When You Don't.
Rose makes it sound so easy to be happy and love yourself, like it’s just a choice I need to make, but sometimes it doesn’t feel like my choice, it feels impossible to get out of my whirlwind of negative feelings that take over my head. I’m not sure how to snap out of it - any tips for when things feel really bad? I’m not making enough money, will working on loving myself help me with this? How? I’ve been trying little things like eating healthier, getting more sleep, doing some meditation in the mornings, for months now and it doesn’t really feel like I’m seeing any results… am I missing something?

WYRHF Episode 027 - Q&A for Self-Worth: How To Stop Comparing Yourself To Others with Celia Ward Wallace

Check out the answers to these important questions I received following my interview with Celia Ward Wallace where we discussed Self-Worth: How To Stop Comparing Yourself To Others.
Do you think it’s really possible to have and create anything I want in this world? Celia said that 95% of what’s going on is in our subconscious mind, any tips for how to tap into our subconscious? I get jealous thinking about my boyfriend’s ex! I’m typically a very confident person, but she is beautiful and successful and I can’t help but wonder if he feels like he’s missed out on “the best.” How can I put a halt to these feelings once and for all? What are some these top limiting beliefs so I can talk to my children about it (in hopes they will never lose their child-like sense of wonder and positivity)?

Love this podcast!!!!!!!

I seriously relate to every single one of her episodes! I told several of my friends to listen to it because she is so relatable! She also has amazing topics that all women can relate too! As someone who has struggled with anxiety, depressiona and emotional eating I can honesty say that most of the time I am really hungry for something other that food! I love how she asks the question - what are you really hungry for?!! So powerful and it really made me think!! I am studying to be a Health Coach now and I will look up her school because it is so much more that food, and her school seems perfect for me!

WOW—This inspiring podcast is FOOD for the SOUL!

First of all, it’s so refreshing that a nutritionist/health expert understands that getting healthy and fit isn’t only about food. It’s important, but there’s something much deeper we need to explore to explain why we keep doing things that we don’t necessarily want for ourselves. This podcast is so informative. You get a lot of takeaways and actionable tips you can implement immediately—in fact, I went on the website and downloaded the worksheets for the first few episodes and they’ve helped me tremendously. But the most inspiring part is the subjects. These are outrageously successful people (like JJ Virgin, who I’ve been following for years and adore) but they are SO open about their own struggles, fears, etc. and how they’ve dealt with them. It reminds you that we’re all connected and we are all, at the end of the day, humans with the same desires and fears. LOVE!!!
