What's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, really‪?‬ Inner Light with Ellen Wyoming DeLoy

    • Society & Culture

Ellen Wyoming DeLoy and Nathan Baptiste come together in this first of a mini-series of episodes on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Their intention is to be conversational, compassionate, and educational. They're not the experts, but they definitely have expertise. Ellen's expertise is broadly grounded in holistic systems thinking around equity, personal development, and communications, and Nathan's in addition to his own holistic and skilled views of the same, is rooted in education and training for equity, diversity and inclusion for agencies and institutions with a foundation in mindfulness.

As you listen, you'll hear their viewpoints, and some of them may differ from your own. No where in these conversations are they saying that they're right and that they hold all the knowledge.

They simply want to share the in depth conversations they have on these topics through the work that they share and bring them in an accessible way to a wider audience who might be interested, but not have access to this kind of dialogue.

Please listen, please share.
