It can be challenging for many of us to practice self-love, especially in times when we are facing serious challenges. It's not about being selfish or self-absorbed, it's about being aligned with ourselves, our quality of life-being and our satisfaction. We practice self-love so that we can break beyond our restricting beliefs and live a truly shining life.
