If you're looking for one of the best rum tours to take in Puerto Rico, I have a recommendation to go to Casa Bacardi, which is a little bit outside of San Juan Puerto Rico. 
It's so good. 
There's so much to enjoy from the Breezy bar in the pavilion, to taking a guided tour on a trolley to getting to sample some of the delicious rum that's inside of the Bacardi Bar on site…
And there is a really delicious food option near the pavilion to enjoy when you're sipping on your pina coladas and your other rum drinks.
