What's Up Doc: The True Crime Documentary Podcast

I came across this show while listening to the host of Mens Rea at a Crimecon episode with Gemma Delaney collaborating. I just became enthralled with her voice and had to hear more from her. I found her podcast, What’s Up Doc, and have been listening ever since! I listen to all sorts of crime-based podcasts and Gemma’s focus is very unique. If you like the true crime genre, you will really enjoy her take on crime documentaries. Give it a go!

I guess it doesn’t matter as there doesn’t appear to be any new episodes, but the podcast is interesting, however the jarring editing for the commercials makes it a hard pass. Honestly, someone is saying something interesting and then the next second is a noisy ad for a casino? How not to edit a podcast for commercials!!!!

What a great follow-up to all my favorite true crime documentaries. I can’t wait to discuss them with my friends when I watch them, and this is even better! Gemma does her research and knows her stuff, so you even get extra tidbits.

Gemma does and amazing job recapping the documentaries she watches and presenting all sides of the stories. I ❤ the podcast
