Authentic and Helpful

I love Kelly’s podcast! She is so authentic which is so refreshing in a podcast. I love hearing her talk about all things running. She’s inspired me to get out and run and stop worrying about my pace and all that nonsense. I’m just doing it for me! Thanks Kelly!
