Fascinating history lessons.

I absolutely love history, and What’sHerName brings it. Each episode, Olivia and Katie present fascinating stories about the lives of women that will leave you wondering how you’d never heard their stories before.

Highly recommended!

Love this podcast!

I love learning history! I love learning FROM history! And I mostly love empowering stories I can share with my own little women! Great story tellers and such a fun and informational podcast to listen to! I want to learn more about the name Maggie because Olivia shared that this name wasn’t made popular until after Margaret Brown. My grandma, Maggie, was work about 1914 and it begs the question if she was perhaps named after Maggie Brown! I’ve now named my 2nd daughter after that grandma! So cool! Share share share!! P.s. in the Margaret Brown episode you girls say it wouldn’t be cool to be known as a librarian, but you had just done a story on one of the coolest librarians! It just goes to show that everyone with a passion can make a difference.

Phenomenal

The first episode I listened to had me shook! I could not press pause! The impact of the stories being shared and the light being shed is phenomenal. We need to talk about how women have ALWAYS been integral parts of the workplace/society/academia. That is the norm and it is being celebrated here. Love you ladies!
