Nika Nikoubin's delusions were so severe she didn't even know she'd commited a crime

Hey everyone in Serial Killer country!

This weeks podcast is a little different. We are talking to Nika Nikoubin, a young woman who attacked a man unprovoked last year and then blamed it on a US drone strike.

An interesting podcast for sure as we learn about Nika's upbringing and how she ended up in a hotel room in Las Vegas stabbing her date and unaware of ever doing it?

Want to learn more about Nika's story? She wrote a book https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGSYD3CC

Stephanie Kane & The Murder She Couldn't Forget

Stephanie Kane & The Murder She Couldn't Forget

Welcome to a brand new episode of When Killers Get Caught! Thanks for stopping by and giving this podcast a listen.

In Season 3 I'll be doing normal deep dives on my own but I also wanted to talk with people who've been effected by crime, so you'll be hearing from some writers who felt connected to crime and victims too. 1-2x a month we'll have these special guests as a way to speak to people involved in cases and not just about them.

Our guest today was just a young 20 year old college student when her father in law used her as an alibi for a heinous murder. That murder consumed Stephanie for decades until she wrote the book A Quiet Time and then to Stephanie surprise, cold case detectives opened the case back up and now she was part of the case in a different way. The experience of being on the other side of the justice sysstem inspired Stephanie to write her final book about the murder: True Crime Redux. You can reach out to Stephanie or buy any of her books on her website https://www.writerkane.com/.

Phew. Thank God you are back!

I was worried that you weren’t coming back. My absolute favorite true crime podcast!!!

Papa Bearican ,

I pray you got rid of your co-host

This is the first review I’ve ever left. And I’ve been listening to apple podcast since No Agenda was first on here. I had my que set up with a bunch of your podcasts. Starting with the golden state killer one. Your co host was so annoying I had to stop the podcast and unfollow. The huge bong hits on his vape were irritating. Then the fact he laughed at odd moments and clearly you couldn’t hear him or just were as annoyed as us cus you talked over him. I don’t blame you. I understand you might need a co host. But that dude is a train wreck. The mouse clicks and vape drags lol made it unlistenable. Good luck. Hopefully this was an old one and you cut him loose.

Boring Monologue

Another podcast where the hosts feel it’s necessary to inform listeners to what they have done personally since their last podcast. They seem to believe that sitting in front of a Radio Shack microphone makes them interesting and funny. Very boring b
