When Neuroscience Meets Spirituality with Mona Sobhani The Connectedness Podcast with Rev Karen Cleveland

    • Spirituality

Have you ever wondered about the connection between neuroscience and spirituality?
In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Mona Sobhani, a cognitive neuroscientist, author, and entrepreneur. Mona takes us on her personal journey from neuroscience to spirituality, sharing her experiences with coincidences and exploring topics like fate and destiny. Here are some key topics from our conversation:
Mona's background in neuroscience and her transition to spiritualityThe role of coincidences in Mona's life and how she interprets themThe importance of paying attention to symbols and feelings as signsMona's perspective on fate and destinyThe use of psychedelics for mental health treatment and the need for regulation and safetyEmbracing moments of awe and beauty without worrying too much about scientific explanations
It was truly fascinating to dive into these topics with Mona and gain a deeper understanding of the intersection between science and spirituality. If you're curious about exploring these concepts further, this episode is a must-listen.
I really hope to connect with you personally, so please send me a message or join me in my Facebook group. In the meantime, enjoy the show!
