When You're Down, Try This!

Have you ever woke up in the morning and just felt like you wanted to cry? You had no idea why you wanted to cry. You just woke up and felt like you wanted to cry. Well, if that's you, I know how you feel. This is what happened to me and this is what I did to overcome that just a few days ago. So I'm being super transparent.

Michael and I woke up, and we went down to the beach, and we had our plunger coffee there at low tide and it was a beautiful, a beautiful sunny day on the New Zealand beach. We were talking and reading something really personal that was insprational. We like to read something inspirational, but then I'm crying while I'm reading this. I just fluffed it aside. I just stuffed it back down.

And then Michael and I went for a walk. Everything was fine. I came back, we got back to the house and all he had to do was say, what's up babe? And I just broke down crying.
