It's October! For Halloween season this week we watched The Thing from 1982. The Thing is a 1982 American science-fiction horror film directed by John Carpenter from a screenplay by Bill Lancaster. Renfield, Dracula’s henchman and inmate at the lunatic asylum for decades, longs for a life away from the Count, his various demands, and all of the bloodshed that comes with them. This movie stars Nicholas Hoult, Nicolas Cage, and Awkwafina. There is also Haunting Trivia, skeleton ratings, co-dependent relationships, narcissistic people/dracula, self-help, gore, violence and a guy being pierced by another person’s body parts.
