Welcome to "Where Hope Grows", a podcast curated to celebrate the inspiring stories of ranchers, land stewards, and others working on the frontlines of the regenerative revolution. Inspired by the infinite wisdom of Mother Nature, our stories will ground you in a deep and profound way to the architecture of the natural world. With a recurring theme of collaborating and working within Her design, we are gifted with the reminder that Mother Nature's capacity for healing is intimately connected to our own. These are stories about regeneration, gratitude, and connection. This is where hope grows.

Ranch Stories: From Mistakes to Wisdom
On this week's Where Hope Grows we return to another episode within our recurring series that we lovingly refer to as "Ranch Stories". Consistent with all these episodes, Katie and I reflect on seemingly "larger than life stories" that have shaped our perspective on ranching and farming. In today's episode we honor and celebrate the many "mistakes" that ranchers/farmers make and explore the blessing in disguise of wonderful "learning opportunities". It is only through failure that we can prevail, and like Mother Nature, the best path forward is often to self-organize and pivot when necessary. Loaded with wisdom and insight that will make you a better and more productive human, this episode might even inspire you to move out to an agricultural community and start co-creating with nature. Enjoy!

A Bold Return To Giving a Damn with Will Harris
On this week's episode of Where Hope Grows we touch base with one of our all time favorite guests (and absolute legend in the soil health world), Will Harris of White Oak Pastures. While the story of Will Harris and his legendary journey is known by all in the regenerative agriculture community, we take the time to dive deeper into the psyche of one of the most influential farmers in the world! In addition to White Oak Pastures being a beloved supplier of grass fed and regenerative beef to Force of Nature, Will is also a longtime friend with whom we have created many beloved memories together. Loaded with wisdom and insight that will make you a better and more productive human, this episode might even inspire you to play "would you rather?" later this week. Enjoy!

The Evolution of Hunting with Marshall Seedorff
On this week's episode of Where Hope Grows, we are telling a story that is as old as time. This is the story of how humans have evolved with hunting and the driving forces that have created massive shifts in our relationship to wild places and the amazing creatures that inhabit them. From the conservation approach of subsistence hunting, through a dark and extractive period of market hunting, we explore a path of hope in which the future of hunting might be based on a fundamental need for land preservation.

LOVE you guys
Please talk about celery powder, how no organic option is available, concerns about nitrosamines from nitrates added to meat, and can you make (frozen) “hot dogs” WITHOUT added nitrates/celery powder/etc.? You are supply chain wizards (right??) so if anyone can solve this for all the other regenerative ag retailers like Paleo Valley etc., it’s you!?!!
LOVE,
Sara
Hope surrounds us
Where hope Grows is one of my favorite podcast to date because Taylor is such a genuine steward to all things that he encounters in life. The concept of hope tied into so many avenues of life is brought to light through the most important foundation of hope, the soil. This podcast helps people understand that our soil is the building block to life and all should listen because humans are the change makers. Hope surrounds us but we have to be willing to access it and the best way is eating foods that grow from the soil stewarded by incredible people like Roam Ranch. Good food can change ones life!!
Eat wild
It’s hard for me to procure my own wild meat and I appreciate these people who understand that. Am definitely grateful to be able to hear the stories of the people who have decided to help people, animals, and land. Good podcast
