Coach Frost and Mrs. Coach Frost

I thoroughly enjoyed the interview of Carol Frost. I’m from Palestine, TX and the Frost family came to Texas when I was in 9th grade. I had Coach Frost for drivers ed and I used to type up the stats at track meets for him....he never called me by my first name...always “Miss Upshaw”. I had Mrs. Coach Frost for Algebra and she was a wonderful and caring teacher. I knew she had been in the Olympics but knew nothing about her story and found it quite fascinating...though her drive and self-motivation is not surprising. I shared the podcast on my Facebook page and all my classmates are saying very positive things about the Frost family. Glad I found this podcast. Thank you for this interview!!
