Great topics on vulnerability
I appreciate the growth through vulnerability approach Tonya and Kim take in this podcast.
It is nice to listen to a fresh perspective on the body. Easy listen and I feel as though I’m part of a community. I don’t feel excluded when I listen to this podcast. I practice yoga and I am a Pilates Practitioner and licensed Massage Therapist. This is my morning drive inspiration to get my day started. I’m so excited that Kim decided to believe in herself and sharing her movement philosophy with the world.
It’s nice to hear a pair of yoga professionals talk shop in such a way that it’s interesting, entertaining and I feel like they’re not talking above my head. Yoga discussion without condescension. Yea!
