    Gluten Free Baking

    Gluten Free Baking

This is our first episode discussing gluten free baking. Unfortunately, the baking audio for this episode was lost and couldn’t be recovered, but we hope you enjoy our discussion of Jessie Sheehan’s incredible Flourless Hazelnut Nutella Cake nonetheless. We go over what gluten is, what ingredients it’s found in, and some easy approaches for GF baking newcomers.

So endearing!

Fiona and Roxanne are so delightful to listen to! They’re knowledgeable without being pretentious or inaccessible, and their friendship and friendliness and silliness add a wonderful joyfulness. Plus the topic - baking!!!!! - is so interesting! They make me want to try more recipes and experiments:)

Delightful and informative

Very helpful info for the home baker who wants to take their bakes to the next level or inject some “know-why” into their know-how. Episode request: essential bakeware and pantry staples for the baker.
