Episode 11: Family Bakes: Daaaydzz Edition, Placek, & Crown Roll

Episode 11: Family Bakes: Daaaydzz Edition, Placek, & Crown Roll

Roxanne very rudely forgot to introduce her dad in their interview, as if everyone should already know his name! Presumptuous. His name is David, or Doctor Be. This episode we share two of our fathers' specialty bakes with each other, and celebrate our appreciation for spending time in the kitchen with our dads! Apologies if the audio is somewhat crackly in places, we couldn't figure out how that one happened. Thank you for listening!

So endearing!

Fiona and Roxanne are so delightful to listen to! They’re knowledgeable without being pretentious or inaccessible, and their friendship and friendliness and silliness add a wonderful joyfulness. Plus the topic - baking!!!!! - is so interesting! They make me want to try more recipes and experiments:)

Delightful and informative

Very helpful info for the home baker who wants to take their bakes to the next level or inject some “know-why” into their know-how. Episode request: essential bakeware and pantry staples for the baker.
