We're living our lives with various masks and we're so attached to them that we've started to identify ourselves with and as those masks. So, before we get to Who am I, it's important to understand who am I, Not.
This episode uses the character building process that actors use and a verse of an Upanishad that will help us identify those masks that we're not.
